Why Callout?

What makes Callout different from other feedback and onboarding tools.

Most feedback tools give you a widget. Most onboarding tools give you a platform. Callout gives you both — in a single script tag that takes 30 seconds to install.

One Script, Entire Workspace

Add Callout once and your entire team gets feedback collection and user onboarding across every page. There's no per-page setup. No "now install the onboarding SDK" step. One script tag covers everything.

Your Dashboard Runs the Show

With most tools, changing what users see means changing code, opening a PR, and waiting for a deploy. With Callout, your product team manages everything from the dashboard — features, onboarding flows, targeting rules. Changes go live the moment you save. No engineering needed.

There's a security benefit too: because configuration lives on Callout's servers, it can't be tampered with from the browser.

Composable, Not Monolithic

Tours, checklists, tooltips, and banners are independent building blocks. Create them separately. Target them to different pages. Assign them to different user segments. You compose the experience you want — nothing is locked into a predetermined shape.

Privacy Isn't an Afterthought

Every project gets its own encryption key. User data is encrypted at rest. Console errors are automatically scrubbed of passwords, API keys, and email addresses before they leave the browser. No cookies. No tracking scripts.

Works With What You Have

If your app uses Clerk or Auth0, Callout identifies your users automatically. For any other auth provider, it's one line of code. And when a user submits a bug report, Callout includes a timestamped link to their session in PostHog, LogRocket, FullStory, or Hotjar — your engineers click it and see exactly what happened.
